Rather predictable result when eleventh ranked Pistoia (7-14) rolled over at home 14th ranked Roma Elite (5-16) 80-56 on Saturday. Pistoia had a 40-23 advantage in offensive rebounds. Roma Elite was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for Bosnian power forward Natasa Tomasovic (185-93) who led her team to a victory with 18 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Maria Lazzaro (178-96) contributed with 8 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Croatian forward Mia Masic (180-93) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and Greek power forward Parthena Chrysanthidou (182-99) added 14 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) in the effort for Roma Elite. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
