Important game to mention about took place in Oakland. Third ranked Heat (27-33) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging leader Warriors (43-18) 126-125 on Wednesday evening. Heat made 24-of-30 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Heat outrebounded Warriors 48-37 including 36 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for guard Dwyane Wade (193-82, college: Marquette) who led his team to a victory scoring 25 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Josh Richardson (198-93, college: Tennessee) helped adding 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. At the losing side Kevin Durant (206-88, college: Texas) responded with 29 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Bahamas-American guard Klay Thompson (201-90, college: Washington St.) scored 36 points (!!!). Five Heat and four Warriors players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Heat maintains third place with 27-33 record behind leader Toronto R. Defending champion Warriors still keep top position with 18 games lost. Heat will play against league's leader Rockets in Houston in the next day and it will be for sure the game of the week. Warriors will play on the road against the league's second-placed Magic in Orlando and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
