Top ranked Thor AK (15-4) recorded its fourth loss on the court of third ranked Hamar on Friday night. Visitors were rolled over by Hamar 101-82. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Thor AK. The game without a history. Hamar led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Hamar had a 34-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American guard Everage Richardson (191-85, college: Co.Carolina) fired a double-double by scoring 27 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Croatian forward Julian Rajic (206-85) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. American guard Larry Thomas (185-93, college: Birm.Southern) produced a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Ingvi Ingvarsson (187-94) added 18 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five Hamar and four Thor AK players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hamar (13-6) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain third place having just two points less than leader Thor AK. Thor AK at the other side still keeps top position with four games lost. Hamar are looking forward to face Vestri (#5) in the next round. Thor AK will play against Snaefell (#8) in Stykkisholmur and is hoping to win this game.
