There was no surprise when 9th ranked Koping Stars (9-23) were defeated on the road by third ranked BC Lulea (23-9) 87-79 on Friday. Koping Stars were tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. American guard Earvin Morris (196-94, college: UTEP) fired 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners.
