Very expected game in Thessaloniki where 7th ranked Kastoria (10-10) was defeated by second ranked Iraklis (17-3) 72-56 on Saturday. Kastoria was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Michalis Polytarchou (190-83) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 6 rebounds and Lithuanian Ronaldas Rutkauskas (203-92) who added 11 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Four Iraklis players scored in double figures. Forward Alexandros Raptis (200-81) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds and forward Dimitris Apidopoulos (199-95) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds.
