Rather predictable result in New York City where third ranked Kings (32-31) defeated 5th ranked Knicks (13-51) 115-108 on Monday. Kings made 26-of-33 free shots (78.8 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Knicks were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Bahamas guard Buddy Hield (193-93, college: Oklahoma) who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) and forward Harrison Barnes (203-92, college: N.Carolina) who added 22 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Four Kings players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Allonzo Trier (196-96, college: Arizona) with 29 points and 8 rebounds and guard Dennis Smith-Jr (190-97, college: NC State) scored 18 points and 5 assists. Knicks' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kings maintains third position with 32-31 record having ten points less than leader Toronto R.
