Important game to mention about took place in Zabok. Fifth ranked KK Zabok (9-7) saved a 2-point victory at home edging one of their biggest challengers Cedevita (10-6) 74-72 on Friday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Cedevita. Cedevita was ahead by 4 points after three quarters before a 18-12 charge of KK Zabok, which allowed them to win the game. Worth to mention a great performance of Luka Tomas (191-99) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and point guard Kresimir Radovcic (195-97) who added 15 points during the contest. At the losing side power forward Lovro Buljevic (211-98) responded with 16 points and 5 rebounds and guard Antonio Jordano (191-99) scored 15 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. Five Cedevita players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. KK Zabok maintains fifth position with 9-7 record, which they share with Osijek. Defending champion Cedevita dropped to the fourth place with six games lost. KK Zabok will play against league's leader Cibona in Zagreb in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Cedevita will play on the road against KK Skrljevo and hopes to get back on the winning track.
