The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Slask (19-7) in Slupsk on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by seventh ranked STK Czarni (15-12) 80-71. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Slask. It was a great evening for guard Adrian Kordalski (185-95) who led his team to a victory scoring 19 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Point guard Wojciech Jakubiak (188-96) helped adding 17 points and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was the former international point guard Robert Skibniewski (183-83) with 18 points and point guard Norbert Kulon (187-92) scored 17 points. STK Czarni have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with GKS Tychy and WKK Wroclaw. Slask at the other side still keeps top position with seven games lost. STK Czarni is looking forward to face GKS Tychy (#5) on the road in the next round. Slask will play against the league's second-placed Enea Astoria (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
