Schwenningen held off Rist Wedel to force decider. BV Villingen-Schwenningen dominated down low during the game scoring 38 of its points in the paint compared to SC Rist Wedel's 12. BV Villingen-Schwenningen forced 20 SC Rist Wedel turnovers. American forward Rasheed Moore (196-95, college: E.Stroudsburg) had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Leon Friederici (190-95) chipped in 19 points (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!) during the contest. BV Villingen-Schwenningen's coach Alen Velcic used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American forward Ryan Logan (201-94, college: Stonehill) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds and swingman Malo Valerien (197-92) scored 15 points.
