Regular Season Round 27: Pogon Prudnik - GKS Tychy 107-88

An interesting game took place in Prudnik where 4th placed GKS Tychy (15-12) was upset on the court of tenth ranked Pogon Prudnik (13-14) 107-88. Pogon Prudnik shot 63.3 percent from the field and made 19-of-24 charity shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. It was a good game for forward Wojciech Pisarczyk (201-88) who led his team to a victory with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Guard Jakub Krawczyk (191-91) contributed with 22 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Pogon Prudnik's coach Tomasz Michalak allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Pogon Prudnik's next round opponent will be bottom-ranked SKK Siedlce (#16) on the road which should be theoretically an easy game. GKS Tychy will play against STK Czarni (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
