Regular Season Round 24: Bergamo Bsk - Pall. Trapani 82-77
Date: March 10, 2019
Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked Bergamo Bsk (15-9) defeated at home 10th ranked Pall. Trapani (12-12) 82-77 on Sunday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. It was a good game for American Terrence Roderick (196-88, college: UAB) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 8 rebounds. The other American import point guard Brandon Taylor (178-94, college: Utah) contributed with 17 points and 9 assists for the winners. Five Bergamo Bsk players scored in double figures. American point guard Rotnei Clarke (183-89, college: Butler, agency: HMS) replied with 15 points and naturalized Nigerian power forward Curtis Nwohuocha (202-97, agency: Players Group) added 8 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Pall. Trapani. Pall. Trapani's coach Daniele Parente gave the chance to play for ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Bergamo Bsk moved-up to fourth place in A2. Loser Pall. Trapani dropped to the eleventh position with 12 games lost. Bergamo Bsk will face Benacquista LT (#6) in Latina in the next round. Pall. Trapani will play at home against Remer TVG (#5) and hope to win that game.
