The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket (16-6) on the court of twelfth ranked Le Mans on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by Le Mans 89-83. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket. Le Mans shot 63.2 percent from the field. Defending champion (11-11) moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Levallois. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket at the other side still keeps top position with six games lost. Le Mans is looking forward to face higher ranked Monaco (#4) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket will play against Chalon/Saor and is hoping to win this game.
