Rather expected game when 9th ranked Boet (9-11) was rolled over on the road by seventh ranked Salou (11-9) 89-63 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was guard Eloi Galofre (195-87) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds. Point guard Marc Olle (179-93) chipped in 19 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Salou players scored in double figures. Salou's coach Jesus Muniz felt very confident that he used entire bench saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American Nicholas Moore (198-91, college: Nyack) who recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds and point guard Hector Aza (181-0) added 13 points respectively. Salou moved-up to sixth place in Group C-A, which they share with Olivar. Loser Boet keeps the ninth position with 11 games lost. Salou will face Martorell (#8) on the road in the next round. Boet will play against Castellbisbal and hope to win that game.
