Bankstown Bruins used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Hornsby 82-75 on Saturday night. Spiders trailed by 17 points after 3 quarters before a 21-11 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 75-82 at the end of the game. Bankstown Bruins forced 23 Spiders turnovers. Bankstown Bruins will face Panthers (#3) in Penrith in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Spiders will play at home against Norths Soul Sports Bears (#2) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
