B League D3 top team - Tokyo Excel. (32-3) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat ninth ranked Iwate Big Bulls (6-29) 76-67. Tokyo Excel. made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. American center Ryan Stephan (208-94, college: Colorado Mesa) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 16 rebounds. Yutaka Saito (194-80) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Four Tokyo Excel. players scored in double figures. American Titus Robinson (201-90, college: Buffalo) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import center Marcus Cousin (211-86, college: Houston) added 7 points, 13 rebounds and 4 blocks in the effort for Iwate Big Bulls. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Tokyo Excel. have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. They maintain first place with 32-3 record. Iwate Big Bulls at the other side keep the ninth position with 29 games lost.
