Rather predictable result when sixth ranked Juvi Cremona (15-10) defeated at home 8th ranked Lecco (12-12) 69-56 on Saturday. Juvi Cremona made 23-of-25 free shots (92.0 percent) during the game. The former international Rodolfo Valenti (200-80) stepped up and scored 16 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and Marco Bona (187-89, agency: Two Points) chipped in 16 points (made all of his nine free throws !!!). Four Juvi Cremona players scored in double figures. Juvi Cremona's coach Pierluigi Brotto used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side power forward Luigi Brunetti (205-88) responded with 9 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Roberto Marinello (179-91) scored 12 points. Newly promoted Juvi Cremona maintains sixth place in B with 15-10 record. Loser Lecco keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost.
