We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 6th ranked Umbertide (15-9) was defeated at home by seventh ranked San Giovanni (15-8) 94-84 on Sunday. San Giovanni shot 24 for 32 from the free-throw line, while Umbertide only scored eight points from the stripe. The best player for the winners was center Lucia Di-Costanzo (184-92) who scored 28 points and 8 rebounds (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field). Naturalized Argentinian swingman Macarena Rosset (178-91) chipped in 24 points and 8 rebounds.
