There was no surprise when 9th ranked Rotterdam (8-21) was outplayed on the road by third ranked Den Bosch (20-7) 104-72 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Den Bosch. Rotterdam was better in second period 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Den Bosch dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Rotterdam's 22. Den Bosch forced 21 Rotterdam turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 16 long-distance shots on high 53.3 percentage. Den Bosch looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists. American point guard Keshun Sherrill (175-94, college: Augusta, agency: Interperformances) stepped up and scored 24 points for the winners and his fellow American import guard Vernon Taylor (192-87, college: Troy) chipped in 17 points, 8 assists and 4 steals.
