There was no surprise in Fos-sur-Mer where 17th ranked Provence Basket (7-16) was crushed by third ranked JSF Nanterre (15-8) 95-73. JSF Nanterre shot 60.7 percent from the field and made 18-of-19 charity shots (94.7 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for Icelandic Haukur Palsson (197-92, college: Maryland) who led the winners and scored 23 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.
