There was no surprise when 15th ranked Daimiel (6-18) was defeated on the road by second ranked Real Madrid II (20-5) 76-67 on Saturday. Real Madrid II dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Daimiel's 36. They outrebounded Daimiel 49-27 including a 37-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Serbian forward Mario Nakic (200-1) scored 16 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and center Usman Garuba (202-2) chipped in 9 points and 12 rebounds during the contest.
