The game between Top Four teams took place in Minsk. Second-ranked host Tsmoki-Minsk (22-6) lost to third ranked Grodno-93 (21-7) 83-78. Grodno-93 outrebounded Tsmoki-Minsk 38-25 including 30 on the defensive glass. Tsmoki-Minsk was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. The winners were led by center Pavel Karasevich (201-89) who scored that evening 25 points (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and guard Ilya Sharipov (198-91) supported him with 20 points and 5 rebounds.
