No shocking result in a game when third ranked Dragonflies (30-22) beat on the road 6th ranked Bambitious Nara (15-36) 80-72 on Wednesday. Dragonflies made 16-of-18 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game. It was a very good performance for American power forward Jamari Traylor (203-92, college: Kansas) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. The former international forward Shogo Asayama (192-81) contributed with 20 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. American power forward Gary Hamilton (208-84, college: Miami, FL, agency: Inception Sports) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists and his fellow American import forward Jeffrey Parmer (203-85, college: Florida Atlantic) added 23 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Bambitious Nara. Bambitious Nara's coach Haruyuki Ishibashi rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Newly promoted Dragonflies maintains third position with 30-22 record having six points less than leader Shinshu BW. Bambitious Nara lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 36 games lost. Dragonflies will face league's leader Shimane Magic at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bambitious Nara will play against the league's second-placed Kumamoto V. (#2) and hope to win that game.
