There was a minor upset in Bischwiller where 7th ranked Gries/Oberhoffen (13-11) was rolled over by ninth ranked ADA Blois (12-11) 101-81. ADA Blois players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. It was a good game for Benjamin Monclar (191-88) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward Joe Burton (201-90, college: Oregon St.) contributed with 22 points for the winners. Spanish guard Javier Forcada (193-88) replied with 16 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Olivier Cortale (207-97) added 12 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) in the effort for Gries/Oberhoffen. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Gries/Oberhoffen's coach Ludovic Pouillart rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. ADA Blois moved-up to eighth place.
