We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 9th ranked Strasbourg (10-13) was crushed on the road by tenth ranked Nanterre (11-13) 71-52. Nanterre forced 26 Strasbourg turnovers. The winners were led by guard Florian Fortas (193-0) who scored that evening 25 points and 7 rebounds and guard Aboubakar Jaiteh (195-98) supported him with 5 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Even 19 points and 5 rebounds by guard Thomas Hanquiez (198-1) did not help to save the game for Strasbourg. Point guard Jayson Tchicamboud (192-2) added 8 points and 9 rebounds.
