Very expected game when 17th ranked CB Prat (7-22) was smashed at home by sixth ranked Ourense (18-11) 88-67 on Saturday. Ourense shot 61.1 percent from the field. Latvian center Davis Rozitis (215-90, college: Hawaii) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). Naturalized Venezuelan guard Jhornan Zamora (196-89) contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Rozitis is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Ourense players scored in double figures. Swingman Josep Busquets (200-99) answered with 16 points and 7 rebounds and Jose Ortega (192-97) added 13 points in the effort for CB Prat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Ourense moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Melilla. Loser CB Prat dropped to the bottom position with 22 games lost. Ourense will face league's second-placed RETAbet BB in Bilbao in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
