Leader Kutaisi delivered the fourteenth victory on Friday night. This time they crushed 5th ranked Olimpi (8-8) 108-78. The game without a history. Kutaisi led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Olimpi's 38 and made 20-of-21 free shots (95.2 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Olimpi 41-18 including a 27-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. Kutaisi looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Worth to mention a quality performance of American guard DeJuan Wright (190-88, college: FIU, agency: Court Side) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and the other American import point guard Jonathan Lee (188-90, college: Northeastern, agency: Court Side) who added 23 points and 4 assists during the contest. Five Kutaisi players scored in double figures. At the losing side international forward Nika Darbaidze (204-98) responded with 15 points and point guard Luka Maziashvili (187-0) scored 13 points. Olimpi's coach Dmitri Jakobov gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Kutaisi (14-2) have an impressive seven-game winning streak.
