Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifteenth ranked Geelong Supercats and bottom-ranked Knox Raiders had identical 0-1 record. This time Geelong Supercats used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Wantirna South 88-72 on Saturday night. Geelong Supercats dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Knox Raiders' 34. Geelong Supercats looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists.
