Very predictable result when sixth ranked Udine (15-10) won against at home 13th ranked San Martino (8-18) 60-47 on Saturday. They outrebounded San Martino 46-28 including 34 on the defensive glass. Slovenian power forward Ana Ljubenovic (185-88) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Caterina Bianco (185-91) contributed with 9 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Francesca Pasa replied with 17 points and swingman Anna Profaiser (177-0) added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for San Martino. San Martino's coach Enrico Valentini let to play eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Udine maintains sixth position in A2 with 15-10 record.
