There was a surprise result when tenth ranked IUL Tiber (12-16) defeated at home higher ranked Roma Luiss (16-10) 75-66 on Saturday. IUL Tiber made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Roma Luiss turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Andrea Scuderi (188-92, agency: Players Group) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and power forward Alessandro Cecchetti (200-91) who added 17 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side power forward Francesco Infante (202-92) responded with 21 points and 7 rebounds and guard Leonardo Marcon (190-95, agency: Players Group) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds. Four Roma Luiss players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
