Khimik toppled Dnipro to take 2-0 advantage. The hosts were ahead by 2 points but lost the second period ending it with a 5-point deficit before their 24-19 run, which allowed them to win the game. Dnipro was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. U.S. Virgin Islands guard Deon Edwin (190-92, college: Kent St., agency: Interperformances) notched 28 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and American forward Christian Jones (201-93, college: UNLV, agency: BeoBasket) supported him with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists.
