Sixth-ranked Yokohama BC (14-44) made lots of trouble for fourth ranked Toyama Grouses (31-28) on Saturday. The visitors from Toyama managed to secure only three-point victory 75-72. However their fans expected easier game. The game was also dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was forward Leo Lyons (206-87, college: Missouri) who scored 22 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Center Joshua Smith (208-92, college: Georgetown) chipped in a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds.
