No shocking result in a game in Tullamarine where leader Cougars (6-0) defeated 6th ranked Hume City Broncos (2-4) 105-96 on Saturday. Forward Tom Parkinson (200-89) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) for the winners. American forward Eric Williams (198-85, college: Tarleton St.) chipped in 22 points and 6 rebounds. Naturalized American forward Jake Martin (198-93, college: Luther) produced 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and naturalized British guard Lee Jeka (193-83) added 20 points respectively for lost side.
