Semi-Finals Game 3: Horsens IC - Naestved 109-66

Horsens IC cruised past Naestved to sweep the semifinal series. The game without a history. Horsens IC led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Naestved's 26. Horsens IC had a 28-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Naestved's players. It was a great evening for American guard Brandon Tabb (193-95, college: Beth.-Cookman) who led his team to a victory scoring 19 points and 7 rebounds. His fellow American import forward Darryl Tucker (201-95, college: W.Florida) helped adding 20 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Tabb is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Horsens IC players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Bahamas forward Kentwan Smith (203-91, college: Stetson) with 11 points and 5 rebounds and American Jordan Mathews (191-94, college: Gonzaga) scored 7 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
