Semi-Finals Game 3: Bakken - Randers 99-84

Bakken rolled past Randers to take 2-1 lead in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Bakken. Randers managed to win second period 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Bakken looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. It was a good game for Senegalese center Michel Diouf (208-89) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!). International forward Darko Jukic (199-90) contributed with 22 points and 4 assists for the winners. Bakken's coach Steffen Wich used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American-Belizean Charles Burgess (186-84, college: Texas Tech) answered with 18 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists and naturalized Australian guard Rasmus Bach (193, college: Fort Lewis) added 11 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Randers. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures.
