Another interesting game was again a derby between two local teams from Tbilisi: BC Titebi (#8) and Cactus Tbilisi (#9). BC Titebi (7-11) won against visiting Cactus Tbilisi (5-13) 86-71. The game was mostly controlled by BC Titebi. Cactus Tbilisi was better in third quarter 27-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Cactus Tbilisi 46-33 including 35 on the defensive glass. American point guard Kaheem Ransom (185-93, college: SHSU) scored 26 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and international power forward Ilia Londaridze (205-89) chipped in 14 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Four BC Titebi players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American point guard Nickolas Neal (183-88, college: Purdue-NCent.) with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and his fellow American import guard Delano Spencer (190-94, college: Tennessee St.) scored 19 points and 8 rebounds. Cactus Tbilisi's coach Archil Zhgenti tested ten players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted BC Titebi maintains eighth position with 7-11 record. Loser Cactus Tbilisi keeps the ninth place with 13 games lost.
