Amager coasted past Stevnsgade in the title series opener. Amager led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Amager outrebounded Stevnsgade 58-38 including a 44-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Stevnsgade's players. fired a double-double by scoring 30 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of her seven free throws) for the winners. American forward Valerie Driscoll (193-92, college: Quinnipiac) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points, 23 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Amager players scored in double figures. The former international forward Ena Viso (179-93, college: S.Dakota St.) produced 19 points and 7 rebounds and forward Mathilde Colding-Poulsen (176-95) added 8 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
