We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when second-best Real Madrid II (23-6) was defeated on the road by third ranked Alcobendas (21-8) 92-88 on Thursday. Alcobendas looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Guard Gabriel Diaz-Morera (197-89) scored 25 points to lead the charge for the winners and center Pablo Rodrigo (204-86) chipped in 8 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Alcobendas' coach Jose Antonio Ramirez used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was center Golden Dike (203-1) with 20 points and 6 rebounds and Senegalese center Amar Sylla (206-1) scored 19 points and 5 blocks (went 11 for 11 at the free throw line !!!). Four Real Madrid II players scored in double figures. Alcobendas have a solid four-game winning streak.
