They outrebounded Estudiantes L. 44-31 including a 33-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Nigerian-American guard Rob Ukawuba (191-94, college: NJIT) scored 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American swingman Vincent Dillard (196-92, college: Charleston) chipped in 15 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was Gabriel Gomez (195-95) with 13 points and 6 rebounds and Lucas Alvarez scored 14 points and 5 rebounds.
