Regular Season Round 30: Evreux - Paris 90-70

There was a minor upset when 11th ranked Paris (12-17) was outplayed on the road by thirteenth ranked ALM Evreux (12-18) 90-70. ALM Evreux players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Paris' players. American guard Antwan Scott (185-92, college: Colorado St., agency: Duran International) notched 32 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the effort and Damien Bouquet (196-94) supported him with 7 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Even 16 points, 6 assists and 6 steals by point guard Sylvain Francisco (180-97) did not help to save the game for Paris. Naturalized Mali center Moustapha Diarra (205-87, college: USF) added 7 points and 11 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. ALM Evreux maintains thirteenth position with 12-18 record. Newly promoted Paris dropped to the twelfth place with 17 games lost. ALM Evreux's next round opponent will be higher ranked Nantes (#10) on the road and it may be quite challenging game.
