Bottom-ranked Fos-sur-Mer managed to get a sixth victory, breaking the series of two consecutive losses. This time newly promoted Fos-sur-Mer won against fourteenth-ranked Le Mans 69-57. It was a great evening for swingman Allan Dokossi (203-99) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds. Bahamas point guard Dominick Bridgewater (180-0) helped adding 20 points. At the losing side forward Jacques Eyoum (196-0, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with 16 points and 8 rebounds and Dominican forward Jose Familia (201-98) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds. Newly promoted Fos-sur-Mer maintains eighteenth place with 6-25 record. Le Mans lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the fifteenth position with 21 games lost. Fos-sur-Mer will play against higher ranked Le Portel (#12) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Le Mans will play against Pau-Lacq-Orthez and hopes to get back on the winning track.
