Undefeated Kilsyth Cobras (6-1) recorded its first loss at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by eighteenth ranked Sabres (2-5) 106-92. Sabres dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Kilsyth Cobras' 42. The former international forward David Barlow (205-83, college: MSU Denver) had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 13 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Nicholas Gabsch (193, college: Cuesta JC) chipped in 18 points during the contest. Sabres' coach used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side guard Peter Hooley (193-92, college: Albany) responded with 24 points and 8 assists and New Zealand power forward Tohi Smith-Milner (206-95, college: Polk State CC) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds.
