There was no surprise when 18th ranked Feurs EF (6-12) was outplayed at home by eleventh ranked Etoile Angers (14-4) 95-71 on Sunday. Etoile Angers shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 56.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Feurs EF's players. Guard Brice Pierard (196-92) scored 23 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and American center Kyle Tresnak (209-92, college: Weber St.) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side point guard Louis Prolhac (175-91) responded with 11 points and 9 assists and naturalized Mali Mahamadou Drame (188-86) scored 10 points. Four Feurs EF players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Etoile Angers have a solid three-game winning streak. Newly promoted Etoile Angers maintains eleventh position in Places 11-20 with 14-4 record. Feurs EF at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the eighteenth place with 12 games lost.
