LMBPF top team - Aztks (13-1) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed seventh ranked Escaramuzas (3-10) in Guadalajara 79-52. Aztks forced 23 Escaramuzas turnovers. The best player for the winners was Cuban center Yayma Boulet (193-84) who had a double-double by scoring 32 points and 10 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Anel Tapia chipped in 8 points. Maritza Espinoza produced 10 points and 9 rebounds and Jhoana Moran (157-93) added 9 points and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Aztks have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 13-1 record, which they share with Mieleras. Newly promoted Escaramuzas keep the seventh place with ten games lost.
