Finals Game 3: Fenerbahce - Cukurova 88-70

Fenerbahce crushed visiting Cukurova to gain 2-1 lead in the championship series. The game was mostly controlled by Fenerbahce. Cukurova managed to win fourth quarter 17-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Fenerbahce shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. It was a great evening for American guard Kelsey Plum (173-94, college: Washington) who led her team to a victory scoring 27 points. The former international point guard Birsel Vardarli (175-84) helped adding 18 points and 7 assists. The best for the losing side was American center Kelsey Bone (193-91, college: Texas A&M) with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import guard Chelsea Gray (180-92, college: Duke) scored 16 points and 7 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
