Host Kilsyth Cobras were defeated by Diamond Valley Eagles in a tough game in Kilsyth 90-98. It was a good game for American forward Logan Hovey (200-94, college: SW Baptist) who led his team to a victory with 27 points and 8 rebounds. Despite that victory Diamond Valley Eagles went down to seventeenth position (League) due to points difference. Kilsyth Cobras at the other side dropped to the third place with three games lost. Diamond Valley Eagles' next round opponent will be higher ranked Knox Raiders (#14) in Wantirna South and it may be quite challenging game.
