Quarter-Finals Round 3: Neptunas - Prienu Skycop 77-71

Neptunas overcame Prienu Skycop to reach Final Four. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 21-14. But Prienu Skycop won second period 22-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Prienu Skycop 35-24 including 29 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for international power forward Gytis Masiulis (206-98) who led his team to a victory scoring 25 points and 5 rebounds. American power forward Jerai Grant (203-89, college: Clemson, agency: Octagon Europe) helped adding 14 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Neptunas' coach Kazys Maksvytis used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was the former international center Darjus Lavrinovic (212-79) with 16 points and forward Arnas Labuckas (205-87, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 13 points and 6 rebounds. Four Prienu Skycop players scored in double figures.
