Semi-Finals Game 1: Zalgiris - Lietkabelis 78-58

Zalgiris marched past Lietkabelis for 1-0 lead. The game was mostly controlled by Zalgiris. Lietkabelis was better in second period 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Zalgiris outrebounded Lietkabelis 42-28 including 27 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. American center Brandon Davies (208-91, college: BYU, agency: BeoBasket) nailed 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side and his fellow American import Aaron White (206-92, college: Iowa) accounted for 12 points. Zalgiris' coach Sarunas Jasikevicius used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American-Finnish point guard Jamar Wilson (185-84, college: Albany) came up with 14 points and 5 rebounds and center Mindaugas Kupsas (217-91, agency: Octagon Europe) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Lietkabelis in the defeat.
