Eighth ranked Norths Soul Sports Bears (7-6) saved a 3-point victory at home edging 3rd placed Maitland Mustangs (9-4) 91-88 on Saturday evening. Norths Soul Sports Bears made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Maitland Mustangs were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Anatoly Bose fired a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 19 rebounds for the winners. Forward Michael Golding (198, college: Adrian) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds. Daniel Millburn produced 27 points and 5 rebounds and American forward Isaiah Ellis (203-95, college: Chico St., agency: Interperformances) added 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side.
