Very significant was Manquehue's (#2) 17-point road victory against Puente Alto 83-66. The former international Fernando Schuler (190-91) nailed 27 points and 8 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) for the winning side and forward Juan Peters (-93) accounted for 20 points and 4 steals. Forward Ramon Villacura (189-87) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds and guard Matias Sepulveda (-95) added 18 points and 4 assists respectively for Puente Alto in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Manquehue will play against Sportiva Italiana in Valparaiso in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
