It was a great evening for center Nick Waddell (200-89, college: Grand Valley St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Carl Hall (202-89, college: Wichita St.) helped adding 18 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks. The best for the losing side was forward Sammy Yeager (193-89, college: CS Fullerton) with 22 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Shane Henry (203, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Epic Sports Consulting LLC) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Caballeros de Culiacan's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Despite that victory Venados went down to eighth position due to points difference. Caballeros de Culiacan lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh place with 16 games lost. Venados will have a break next round.
